I am DROP A GEAR.

DROP A GEAR was born with a simple idea: making hoodies for motorcyclists. Hence the name. But the more I got into it, the clearer it became: these hoodies aren't "just for motorcycles."

They're for anyone who loves comfort and a message that says something. Sometimes funny, sometimes cheeky, sometimes motivational, sometimes a little sarcastic—and often all at once. Just like life.

What I Make (and Why)

I make hoodies with character. Not run-of-the-mill quotes, but statements that make you laugh, look up, or think: yes, this is me .

And let's be honest: a hoodie shouldn't just look good. It should also be comfortable. So comfort is paramount. Always.

Made to order (yes, really)

I work made to order . That means I only make your hoodie after you order it.
No huge inventories, no mass production, no "oh well, we'll see." Just attention to each order and a product that leaves the factory with intention.

Even personal

I'm someone who enjoys taking the plunge and trying new things. That's how DROP A GEAR started: I was riding my motorcycle, looking for hoodies with fun slogans... and couldn't really find anything I wanted to wear myself. So I started making them myself.

I'm quite critical of quality, and I love writing with character—cheerful, funny, motivational, and sometimes a little too far-fetched. It's precisely that combination that makes DROP A GEAR .

Besides this brand, I have a permanent job in IT. In my free time, I ride motorcycles (currently a Suzuki GSX-S950 and hopefully a Yamaha R9 will replace it this year), and I also enjoy mountain biking. In short: always busy, always on the go, and always in a hoodie.
